The Radiation Detectors group at the Microelectronics National Center (IMB-CNM) located in Barcelona, Spain, is offering a grant to realize a Ph. D. in Physics to work on Low Gain Avalanche Detectors in the area of X-ray detectors for synchrotron applications.
